Xendpay Ltd is registered in England, Company number 08071223. Xendpay is an agent of RationalFX and part of the same Rational Group of companies. RationalFX is a trading name of Rational Foreign Exchange Limited, which is registered in England, Company number 05385999.

Xendpay uses RationalFX for all international payments and money transfers. Under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, RationalFX is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), FRN No: 507958, for the provision of payment services.
HM Revenue and Customs
Xendpay uses RationalFX for all international payments and money transfers. Under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, RationalFX is registered as a Money Service Business (MSB) with HM Revenue & Customs, MSB No. 162413. RationalFX and Xendpay Ltd share a full-time Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Client Funds held in Barclays Client Account
Xendpay uses RationalFX for all international payments and money transfers. In line with the regulatory framework and consistent with good practise, all clients' funds are held separate from Xendpay Ltd or RationalFX Ltd funds in a segregated client account at Barclays Bank. Your payments and transfers are not held by us and we earn no interest from holding onto client funds.

Under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 RationalFX is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office No. PZ8997024.
Online Security a very high Priority
The Xendpay online payments and money transfer system uses the same technologies as online banking for security.
The server uses the secure web site protocol called SSL - which is indicated in the toolbar.
Your data is transmitted in a secure way and all password data is encrypted.
If you make a payment using a Debit Card, the Card Security Code and Internet Password (e.g. Verified by Visa) are not visible to Xendpay Ltd or RationalFX Ltd and are always hidden and encrypted.
